Position: Part-Time Staff
Are you passionate about helping kids see better? We are a specialty optometric clinic focusing on managing children with progressive myopia. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional service to patients, this position may be perfect for you!

工作職責
- 在患者到達診所時向他們致意和歡迎。
- 協助患者填寫必要的表格和文書工作。
- 安排預約和管理診所的預約日曆。
- 以專業和禮貌的態度接聽電話並回答患者的詢問。
- 為患者準備檢查室，並在眼科檢查時協助視光醫師。
- 進行初檢。
- 培訓患者及家長隱形眼鏡的使用、護理和適當的衛生習慣。
- 管理庫存並協助訂購眼鏡和隱形眼鏡。
- 保持清潔和有組織的診所環境。
要求
- 以前在醫療保健或客戶服務環境中的經驗是首選，但不必須。
- 優秀的人際關係和溝通技巧。
- 擅長與孩子互動
- 注重細節，能夠有效地處理多項任務。

You will have the opportunity to not only witness various eye examinations, diagnostic procedures, and patient interactions but also gain hands-on experiences in advanced technologies commonly used for myopia management.
