Job Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming patients as they arrive at the clinic.
- Assisting patients with filling out necessary forms and paperwork.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar.
- Answering phone calls and addressing patients' inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Preparing examination rooms for patients and assisting the optometrist during eye examinations.
- Conducting preliminary eye tests and measurements.
- Educating patients on contact lens usage, care, and proper hygiene practices.
- Managing inventory and assisting with ordering eyewear and contact lenses.
- Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with children
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask effectively.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on patient care.
- Mandarin-speaking is a plus
